Jack's Two Months Old!

Well Jack turned two months old this past week and that meant a trip to the doctor for his first shots. I apologized to him multiple times on the way and prayed that he would not scream for the rest of the day since I desperately needed to start packing for our Thanksgiving trip to Tennessee.

John met us there and it started out very well, until the nurse came in to give the shots. Apparently the vaccine for a diarrhea virus is given by mouth. Well Jack wanted no part of anything taken by mouth and politely let the nurse know by throwing up all over her. After that fiasco, the shots were a piece of cake and Jack slept for the rest of the day.

I also could not resist a picture of him in his adorable matching tweety band-aids.

Halloween Party

I know, I know. We (or I should say John) promised pictures of the Halloween party a long time ago. Needless to say he has been very busy and Jack has my attention all of the time, so we have not done the greatest job on the blog. So Aunt Emmy here are some new pictures!!

Jack's friend Reed had a fun Halloween party. Reed was the most adorable Hippo for Halloween. We had a lion, a flower, a hippo and a very sleepy monster at the party. As you can see from the pictures the bigger babies were much more into Halloween than Jack was. Oh, well maybe next year!
